Canvassing Representatives
to help generate qualified leads in our local market. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable speaking with homeowners, working outdoors, and consistently executing a proven outreach process.
As a Canvassing Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential roofing needs, educating homeowners, and scheduling free roof inspections for our sales team. You are not closing deals — your focus is
lead generation and appointment setting .
Key Responsibilities
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and storm-affected areas
Knock doors and engage homeowners in professional, respectful conversations
Educate homeowners on potential roofing issues and available services
Qualify homeowners and schedule free roof inspections
Accurately document leads and notes using company systems
Represent Mighty Dog Roofing professionally at all times
Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead targets
Performance Expectations
Consistent door-to-door activity during assigned hours
Generate qualified leads that convert to inspections
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in the field
Follow company scripts, training, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
Reliable transportation and smartphone
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Self-motivated, punctual, and coachable
Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
