Patient Services & Inside Sales Representative

to provide exceptional service while guiding clients through their aesthetic journey. This hybrid role combines front desk duties with consultative sales, allowing you to connect with clients, promote our procedures, and create a seamless, positive experience from first inquiry to appointment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Inside Sales:

Respond promptly to inquiries, educate clients about services, and guide them to solutions tailored to their needs.

Patient Services:

Coordinate appointments, answer calls, process payments, and maintain a welcoming reception area.

Consultative Support:

Build rapport, assess client interests, and provide personalized recommendations for aesthetic procedures.

Follow-Up & Pipeline Management:

Nurture relationships with prospective clients and maintain a well‑organized sales pipeline.

Client Education:

Stay informed on the latest trends and procedures to confidently advise clients.

Team Collaboration & Admin Support:

Partner with medical and marketing teams, assist with records, correspondence, and general clinic operations.

Qualifications

Experience in patient services, inside sales, or a similar role—ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or medical fields.

Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging phone presence.

Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
