Hourly Pay Rate: $31-$34 Hourly (W-2), $35-$38 Hourly (1099)
Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duties
Collaborate daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis. Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
Physical Therapy Assistants employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive
Fully Paid Orientation.
