We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team full time in Middletown PA just 10 miles SE of Harrisburg. Our ideal Physical Therapy Assistant is a compassionate, patient‑centered clinician who thrives in an integrated care environment and communicates well with both patients and our multidisciplinary team. We work with a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, post‑surgical care, chronic pain, and sports‑related injuries and we’re looking for someone dependable, proactive, and motivated to provide high‑quality care while contributing positively to our clinic culture.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with patient education regarding treatment goals, exercises, home programs, long term functional wellness and benefits of continued therapy
Assist PTs with therapy and treatments (guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, functional movement training and mobility work) and use of a variety of modalities
Implement individualized treatment plans created by the PTs
Documentation and charting (timely notes in EMR)
Communicate updates/concerns to the supervising PT to ensure safe, effective care
Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Monitor patient progress to ensure treatment goals are being met
Assist with scheduling appointments as needed
Qualifications
Completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant program
PTA licensed in PA
Schedule
Full time (40 hours per week)
Salary (range)
$30/hour (depending on experience)
