Caregiver (Resident Care Associate) – Assisted Living / Memory Care The Variel at Woodland Hills | Woodland Hills, CA Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available (Including NOC & Weekends)

Caregivers (Resident Care Associates)

What You’ll Do As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support while helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Assist residents with
activities of daily living (ADLs)
including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide care with a strong focus on
dignity, respect, and individuality
Observe and report changes in resident condition to leadership
Support medication assistance (as trained and permitted)
Assist with meals, housekeeping, and laundry
Follow care plans and support resident activities and engagement
Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety needs
Maintain accurate documentation and communication
Create a positive, welcoming environment for residents, families, and guests
Shift Expectations
Full-time and part-time positions available
Must be available for
weekend rotations
NOC shift team members must be able to
remain alert and responsive throughout the shift

Previous caregiving experience in
assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred
Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Dependable attendance and professionalism

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, move, and assist residents (up to 50–80 lbs as needed)
