On average, full-time groomers can expect to earn
$1000 to $2500 per week , depending on the number of days you want to work. This includes
50% commission
and withheld tips. We also pay for all sharpenings, offer a medical insurance plan, and Christmas and sign-on bonuses. About the team and role

We are a neighborhood locally owned, leading pet retail and grooming franchise with more than 200 locations across the United States. Groomers are committed to all pets’ health and well-being. Our team emphasizes safety, care for pets, and building relationships with pets, their owners, and the local community. Training support is available for those who want to refine their grooming skills. We value diversity and inclusion and provide a safe, caring environment where team members are supported. About our team location: Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming Bluffton and Hilton Head offers maximum scheduling freedom to balance workload and quality. The standard includes a commission-based earnings structure and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities
Perform grooming services for dogs, including nail clipping, hand scissor techniques, removing matting, coloring, and large-breed management as applicable. Maintain high standards of pet well-being, safety, and customer service. Collaborate with a team and participate in on-going grooming training. Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience grooming pets independently in a professional environment. Benefits
