Prepare treatment areas and equipment prior to therapy sessions.
Assist residents with exercises and mobility activities as directed by the therapist.
Safely transfer residents to and from treatment areas.
Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces after each use.
Document resident attendance and assist with maintaining accurate therapy records.
Transport residents to and from therapy sessions as needed.
Communicate any resident concerns or changes in condition to supervising therapists or nursing staff.
Support therapists in implementing individualized care plans to meet residents’ goals.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies.
