Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of BDC representative. We are a progressive mid sized dealership in the Kansas City metro area. Responsibilities for BDC Representative

Handling Internet and phone leads for an Auto Dealership

Outbound and inbound customer phone calls

Determine each customer's needs by asking the right questions

Set appointments for sales team and follow up to confirm

Ensure a positive, best in class customer experience

Ability to follow a task driven process for every lead

Introduce customers to sales team

Enter customer information into CRM

Follow the Store Process under the direction of the BDC Director.

Qualifications for BDC Representative

Solid Organizational Skills

Self Driven to perform at a very high level in a fast-paced environment.

Prior Sales, Call Center, Customer Service or BDC Experience Required

Great Communication & Customer Service skills

Previous CRM experience in an Auto Dealership would be a plus.

Strong Phone & Computer Skills

Impeccable Follow up Skills.

Willingness to assist all Team members of the BDC Department.

Must be Coach and attend Training on a continual basis.

The BDC Representative opportunity is a commission, performance based paid position.

This is a Full Time position and requires some flexibility in scheduling. .
