Director of Healthcare Partnerships
who is a
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
to help expand access to medically tailored meals for Medicaid and Medicare enrollees. This role blends clinical credibility with relationship‑driven sales, making it ideal for a dietitian who thrives in external‑facing, growth‑oriented roles.
As a clinically trained leader, you will engage credibly with healthcare organizations, case managers, and referral partners—helping them understand the nutritional value, outcomes, and operational ease of partnering with Homestyle Direct.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare decision‑makers, referral partners, and community organizations within your assigned territory.
Drive referrals and enrollment through consistent outreach, education, and nutrition‑focused conversations.
Lead in‑service meetings (in‑person and virtual) to educate partners on medically tailored meal programs and member benefits.
Attend and represent Homestyle Direct at healthcare conferences, industry events, and trade shows.
Track partnership activity, referrals, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Identify industry trends and recommend outreach or marketing strategies to support growth.
Support conference follow‑up, partner communications, and CRM data integrity.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure partners and members receive exceptional service.
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, nutrition services, or medically related sales/partnership roles.
Exposure to Medicaid and/or Medicare populations strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build long‑term partnerships.
Confident communicator comfortable presenting to both clinical and non‑clinical audiences.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable owning a territory.
CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field.
