We are seeking an experienced, high-end
Live-In Nanny
for a private family in
Fort Lauderdale . This is a long-term, consistent role for a professional nanny who excels in
on-demand, luxury household childcare
and understands the expectations of a fully staffed or high-profile home.
The family has
two children : a
newborn
and a
4-year-old . They are looking for a calm, proactive, and flexible caregiver who can provide attentive, nurturing care while adapting to the family’s daily needs.
This role is best suited for a nanny who is comfortable with
24-hour live-in care
(with breaks provided throughout the day) and who values consistency, discretion, and professionalism.
Schedule
6 days on / 1 day off
24-hour flexible care
Breaks provided daily (no fixed schedule; care is on-demand)

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care for a newborn and preschool-aged child
Support developmental milestones and age-appropriate activities
Maintain a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
Assist with children’s routines (sleep, feeding, hygiene, transitions)
Be flexible and responsive to the family’s schedule and preferences
Work collaboratively within a high-end household setting
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
Proven experience as a live-in nanny (high-end or private household preferred)
Fluent English required
Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred but not a deal breaker
Comfortable with newborn care
Flexible, dependable, and adaptable
Polished, professional demeanor
Able to commit to a long-term role
