Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards Processing cash and credit card transactions Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assisting with various cleaning tasks as needed Handling and lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs. Qualifications: Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required Basic computer proficiency for order processing and cash handling Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
