Job Summary
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will provide therapeutic care and support to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. This position is strictly outpatient, focusing on rehabilitation services to enhance patient mobility, functional ability, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists in executing treatment plans for patient rehabilitation. Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training as directed. Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive therapy environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
Must reside 80+ miles from the facility Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) experience Outpatient therapy experience preferred
Required Certifications & Documents
Active PTA License/Certification Valid Driver's License
