Responsibilities:
Assist licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, activities, and modalities, under the supervision of PTs
Perform observations, assessments, and evaluations to identify patient needs and progress
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and progress
Collaborate with PTs to modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or related field
Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Minimum 0 years of experience in physical therapy or related field
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
