Job Summary Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Your skilled expertise will be put to use in providing high-quality care to patients within a Skill Nursing Facility environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the therapy team to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Communicate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Uphold standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
Provide valuable support to patients in their journey toward recovery.
Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the placed state.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
