Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a

Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

for a

Long Term Care (LTC) facility

at

Tide Health Group – Oregon Care Center .

This role involves working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver

rehabilitative care, therapeutic interventions, and patient support

for residents with mobility and functional limitations.

Clinical Responsibilities

Assist PT in delivering

treatment plans and interventions

Provide

therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility support

Use assistive devices and modalities as prescribed

Monitor and report patient progress to supervising PT

Document treatments accurately in EMR

Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques

Participate in care planning and team meetings

Required Qualifications

Active

Missouri PTA License

Minimum

1 year PTA experience

LTC or Rehab experience REQUIRED

Scheduling & Assignment Details

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Shift:

8-hour days (flexible start time)

Hours:

40 hours/week

Weekend:

None (only if making up holiday hours)

On-call:

None

Important Notes

Must submit at

posted rate ($58/hr)

Flexible schedule but must remain consistent

Supervision required under PT
