We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized
Veterinary Customer Service Representative
to be the welcoming face (and voice!) of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping others, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their families.
What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Provide clear, supportive communication during both happy and stressful moments
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every visit
Help create a welcoming, organized, and upbeat clinic environment
You’ll play a huge role in shaping each client’s experience — and we truly value that.
Is able to work full time (+35 hours)
Has a genuine love for animals and the people who love them
Communicates clearly and kindly
Stays calm and professional in busy or emotional situations
Enjoys multitasking and staying organized
Has previous veterinary or medical front desk experience (preferred, but the right personality goes a long way!)
