Senior Living Sales Director

The Senior Living Sales Director is responsible for all sales activities in our community. The individual should have excellent sales closing skills with a history of achieving high occupancy. They must be a collaborative team player with a high level of customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities include achieving occupancy goals, working towards and exceeding targeted move-in goals, discovering needs of prospective residents and their families, and conducting follow-up activities to facilitate positive, trusting relationships. Approximately 25% of time will be spent on outreach activities to professional referral sources to increase referrals. The director participates with the community leadership team to promote the mission of providing senior services guided by Christian values and models person-centered care.

Education, Experience and/or Training

• Minimum: an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in a health-related field (e.g., nursing, social work, case management, health care marketing).
