Responsibilities Develop creative and compelling packaging concepts and designs for new seasonal personal care collections.
Translate fragrance and product concepts into visually stunning designs that align with the brand’s sophisticated aesthetic.
Collaborate closely with the design team, actively contributing ideas and evolving designs based on feedback.
Deliver product designs and technical turnovers with speed, agility, and meticulous attention to detail.
Generate innovative ideas and confidently work on fast‑paced, high‑volume programs.
Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to the broader team and external partners.
Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Communicate with comp houses to produce accurate 3D prototypes that bring your visions to life.
Adapt to evolving priorities and embrace constructive feedback with a positive, flexible mindset.
Qualifications Must‑Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of design experience in a comparable packaging environment.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent organizational skills.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
Knowledge of print production processes and materials.
Proficiency in creating mock‑ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
A collaborative and team‑oriented approach.
A keen eye for color and a passion for staying aware of market trends.
Commitment to personal professionalism and accountability.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications:
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high‑quality packaging and graphic design projects and concepts.
Demonstrated passion for current trends in design, beauty, and fashion.
