Marketing & Administrative Services Manager
About the Role
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position that blends three core functions into one: marketing support, office management, and executive administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable wearing many hats. This is an in-office role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and COO.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-functioning, professional work environment
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate facilities needs and serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the COO and VP of Marketing
- Manage calendars, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support internal communications and documentation as needed
Marketing Support
- Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives, social media coordination, and content support
- Coordinate with external partners or agencies on marketing deliverables
- Help maintain brand consistency across materials and communications
Operations
- Support operational workflows and assist in identifying process improvements
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional tasks as directed by leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or operations role
- Hotel or hospitality industry experience required
- Marriott experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently in an in-office setting
- Proficiency in standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
- Marketing exposure or experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Annual performance bonus
- Start Date: Approximately 1 month from offer acceptance
- Work Setting: Full-time, in-office
