Marketing & Administrative Services Manager
About the Role
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position that blends three core functions into one: marketing support, office management, and executive administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable wearing many hats. This is an in-office role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and COO.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-functioning, professional work environment
Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
Coordinate facilities needs and serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters
Executive & Administrative Support
Provide direct administrative support to the COO and VP of Marketing
Manage calendars, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support internal communications and documentation as needed
Marketing Support
Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives, social media coordination, and content support
Coordinate with external partners or agencies on marketing deliverables
Help maintain brand consistency across materials and communications
Operations
Support operational workflows and assist in identifying process improvements
Assist with special projects and cross-functional tasks as directed by leadership
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or operations role
Hotel or hospitality industry experience required
Marriott experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working independently in an in-office setting
Proficiency in standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
Marketing exposure or experience is a plus
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Annual performance bonus
Start Date: Approximately 1 month from offer acceptance
