Senior Product Designer

About this role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a high-performing, early-stage team building AI-driven products focused on transforming customer support.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership across product and brand. You’ll be responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences, contributing to product direction, and setting a high bar for design quality across the business.

You’ll work closely with founders and engineers to design intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify complex, AI-powered interactions.

What will you be doing?

• Own end-to-end product design across key user journeys and features
• Design and evolve scalable design systems across product and brand
• Create intuitive interfaces for complex AI and real-time interaction workflows
• Contribute to visual identity across product, web, and marketing assets
• Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership on product direction
• Maintain high standards of UX, visual design, and overall product quality
• Support and mentor other designers where applicable

What are they looking for?

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally within startup environments
• Strong experience designing customer-facing, production-level products
• Proven ownership of features or product areas from concept to launch
• Experience with modern design tools and design systems
• Strong product thinking with the ability to balance UX and visual design
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
