Senior Product Designer

About this role We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a high-performing, early-stage team building AI-driven products focused on transforming customer support. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership across product and brand. You'll be responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences, contributing to product direction, and setting a high bar for design quality across the business. You'll work closely with founders and engineers to design intuitive, scalable experiences that simplify complex, AI-powered interactions. What will you be doing? Own end-to-end product design across key user journeys and features Design and evolve scalable design systems across product and brand Create intuitive interfaces for complex AI and real-time interaction workflows Contribute to visual identity across product, web, and marketing assets Collaborate closely with engineering and leadership on product direction Maintain high standards of UX, visual design, and overall product quality Support and mentor other designers where applicable What are they looking for? 4+ years of product design experience, ideally within startup environments Strong experience designing customer-facing, production-level products Proven ownership of features or product areas from concept to launch Experience with modern design tools and design systems Strong product thinking with the ability to balance UX and visual design Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments Team & Environment Early-stage, high-calibre team On-site in San Francisco (5 days a week) Collaborative, fast-moving, and product-focused culture Direct exposure to experienced founders If this sounds of interest, feel free to apply directly or reach out to me via LinkedIn or email [lizannehaasbroek@albertbow.com] to discuss further.
