New opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a book of business for commercial clients. The role focuses on policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and client relationship management, while producers primarily handle new business development.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and service commercial insurance accounts for business clients
  • Handle policy changes, renewals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and coverage questions
  • Support producers during renewals and maintain relationships with clients and carrier underwriters
  • Work in a fully digital, paperless agency environment using carrier portals and management systems
  • Service coverage types including CGL, business auto, commercial property, BOP, workers’ comp, umbrella, and professional liability


Requirements

  • Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License
  • Experience servicing commercial lines accounts
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Tech-savvy
