New opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a book of business for commercial clients. The role focuses on policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and client relationship management, while producers primarily handle new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service commercial insurance accounts for business clients
- Handle policy changes, renewals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and coverage questions
- Support producers during renewals and maintain relationships with clients and carrier underwriters
- Work in a fully digital, paperless agency environment using carrier portals and management systems
- Service coverage types including CGL, business auto, commercial property, BOP, workers’ comp, umbrella, and professional liability
Requirements
- Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License
- Experience servicing commercial lines accounts
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Tech-savvy
