Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design on high-profile client engagements and help deliver world-class digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and creative teams to shape beautiful, user-centered solutions for well-known brands.

What You'll Be Doing

Design & Collaboration

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery

• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling solutions

• Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and designers in Agile environments

Client & Team Partnership

• Present design recommendations directly to clients

• Lead workshops, feedback sessions, and internal presentations

• Own and drive accountability for your work end-to-end

• Contribute to Barbarian's growing design culture

Innovation & Craft

• Evolve design systems and best practices for consistency and scale

• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools

• Push creative boundaries while keeping usability front and center

What They're Looking For

• 5–8 years in Product or UX Design

• Strong portfolio across web and native app platforms

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch

• Experience with user research and usability testing

• Collaborative, curious, and craft-driven mindset
