Our client, a well-established and growing insurance brokerage, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a portfolio of business clients and deliver high-quality service across the policy lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts

Handle renewals, policy changes, certificates, and coverage documentation

Prepare renewal proposals and coordinate with carriers on quotes

Review contracts and insurance requirements for clients

Communicate coverage details, changes, and billing clearly

Identify opportunities to improve coverage and reduce client risk

Partner with internal teams and support producers as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal workflows

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of commercial lines account management experience

Active Property & Casualty license (NJ preferred)

Strong communication and client service skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic a plus)

What’s Offered

$65,000–$95,000 base salary + bonus
