REITs

Institutional investors and lenders

Private equity investors

Developers across asset classes

Start-ups

Health systems

Renewable energy companies

Franchise companies

And other significant market participants

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring:

4+ years of experience

in commercial real estate transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating documents relating to:

Acquisitions and dispositions

Leasing transactions

Strong skills managing due diligence and closing processes

A collaborative mindset and interest in ongoing professional development
