As a domain expert, you work with sales teams to show how AutogenAI supports the full end-to-end proposal lifecycle for enterprise customers—capturing, planning, creating, reviewing, and submitting proposals. What This Role Is

Work hand‑in‑hand with Account Executives on new business acquisition. Translate your proposal methodology into platform workflows and demo narratives. Engage prospects from opportunity qualification through evaluation and proof of concept. Influence product roadmap based on proposal workflow intelligence. High visibility with enterprise proposal directors, capture managers, and C‑suite buyers. What This Role Isn’t

Workflow & Use Case Design

Translate proposal team processes into AutogenAI workflows, prompting strategies, and content generation paths. Engage peer‑to‑peer with proposal professionals to understand scoring criteria, proposal structures, and review cycles. Create solution narratives that demonstrate the platform’s fit to proposal methodology and deliver measurable cycle time reduction. Ensure prospects can articulate how AutogenAI changes their proposal process after your engagement. Customer Demo Development

Build customer demos using prospect’s actual RFPs and supporting materials. Showcase real proposal lifecycle stages: capture, planning, RFP parsing, content creation, review cycles, compliance checks, and submission. Maintain a demo asset library that highlights industry‑specific value. Show that the demo environment reflects the prospect’s actual proposal complexity and workflows. Sandbox & Hands‑On Evaluation Environments

Configure and manage short‑term evaluation environments for hands‑on testing. Build sample data, templates, prompts, content libraries, and governance settings. Provide platform‑capability training to prospective users, extending the customer demo into a hands‑on environment. Support structured proofs of concept to validate solution fit and build internal champions. Enable 70%+ of PoC participants to report that AutogenAI improves proposal quality or efficiency. Competitive Positioning & Evaluation Management

Articulate AutogenAI’s differentiation against content‑management platforms, proposal automation tools, and adjacent solutions. Handle competitive evaluations and bake‑off scenarios with confidence in our unique capabilities. Provide intelligence on competitive positioning, feature gaps, and market messaging. Drive successful competitive evaluations where prospects conduct a fair side‑by‑side assessment. Deal Cycle Support

Partner with Account Executives from opportunity qualification through close. Lead expert‑to‑expert conversations with proposal managers, proposal directors, capture managers, and procurement teams. Collaborate with Technical Pre‑Sales to align solution design with validated architecture and security parameters. Achieve an 80%+ advancement rate from qualified demo to evaluation stage. Product & Feedback Collaboration

Participate in sprints and product development initiatives, consulting with the Build Team. Provide structured product feedback informed by proposal workflows, competitive signals, and deal‑cycle insights. Identify recurring feature requests and solution gaps to prioritize the roadmap. Represent the voice of proposal practitioners internally and elevate proposal knowledge across the sales organization. Drive at least 2–3 roadmap items per quarter through your feedback. Domain Expertise

Deep understanding of proposal strategy, scoring criteria, and lifecycles across multiple pursuit types. Credibility to engage peer‑to‑peer with enterprise proposal directors, capture managers, and center leadership. 3–5 years in proposal management, technical writing, capture management, or proposal consulting, with significant contributions to competitive proposals. Proven success in producing high‑quality responses, winning competitive evaluations, and influencing win rates, cycle time, or quality metrics. Confident presenter to senior stakeholders, expert‑to‑expert facilitator, and adaptable technical communicator. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Business, English, Law, Journalism, or Technical Writing. Experience in highly competitive proposal environments where win rates matter. Interest in the future of proposal development and comfort with ambiguity and rapid evolution. Experience evaluating, implementing, or using proposal automation tools, content management systems, or AI‑powered writing platforms. Industry Background

Federal government contracting—Defense, Intelligence, and Civil agencies. Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, GSA/GWAC vehicles, and federal source selection processes. Familiarity with the capture and BD lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission. State, local, and education (SLED) public‑sector experience. Compensation And Benefits
