A highly private principal is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant who can be based in either the San Francisco Bay Area or Los Angeles. This role provides hands‑on support across the principal’s private residences, household systems, and day‑to‑day personal operations and is dedicated exclusively to personal support.

The position requires exceptional discretion, organization, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is calm, polished, and highly autonomous, with the ability to manage complex personal logistics and maintain seamless daily operations behind the scenes. This is a structured, no‑ego environment with well-established systems and exceptionally high standards. The position is fully on‑site for approximately half the year, with weekend work required during peak months.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day personal and household operations

Maintain organization across personal spaces, inventories, and supplies

Ensure property readiness and smooth execution of daily routines

Manage schedules, logistics, and ad hoc personal requests

Coordinate with household staff and external vendors as needed

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues with minimal direction

Requirements

Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting a high‑level individual or family

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities seamlessly

Comfortable in a fully on‑site role with variable hours
