TempExperts, a CarterWill company, is hiring a RevOps Technologist to architect and optimize our staffing technology ecosystem. This is a strategic, systems-driven role responsible for turning Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, SourceWhale, LinkedIn Recruiter / Job Slots, and AI tools into measurable revenue growth.

What You’ll Build
A fully optimized Bullhorn ATS architecture
Automated recruiting and sales workflows
Intent-driven outbound campaigns
Multi-touch sales and recruiting sequences
Impact You’ll Have Within 6 months, you will:
Increase data accuracy
Create visibility into revenue metrics
This role reports directly to the President and will shape the future operating model of the company.
Ideal Background
Staffing industry experience preferred
Advanced Bullhorn expertise
ZoomInfo outbound campaign experience
Experience building automation systems
Strong analytical and performance mindset
Comfortable driving cross-functional change
