What You’ll Get From Us
Earning potential between $100,000-150,000 per year
No late nights! We close at 6pm during the week and 5pm on Saturdays
$200/month vehicle payment subsidy

What You’ll Do
Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guest’s wants and needs
Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success
What You’ll Need
State‑of‑the‑art technology knowledge (Google Suite, video communication software) – it is a MUST for success
Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
Experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required – our training program teaches the Leta Way)
A growth mindset and belief that failures are learning opportunities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Possess a valid driver’s license (required)
