Position Overview As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with current and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. You will be a key player in driving growth, fostering loyalty, and exceeding the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve outbound activity performance metrics to create more appointments.
Schedule service appointments.
Log all customer comments into Dealership Management System.
Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in Dealership Management System.
Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers.
Re-schedule “no-show” customer appointments.
Follow-up with sales or service department to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed.
Maintain and update customer changes in database.
Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries).
Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
Forward any customer concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
Complies with Company policies and procedures.
Engages in business development.
Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
Continuously improves through feedback.
