Responsibilities
Greet customers on the sales floor and perform needs assessments to determine desired vehicle make, type, and features.
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on the road.
Research availability of models and optional equipment using the computer database.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fees, discounts, and financing or lease payment terms.
Inspect and maintain awareness of inventory on the lot.
Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their new vehicles.
Participate in required training sessions and department meetings.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with bilingual skills preferred.
At least one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong sales skills paired with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Organizational skills with thorough follow-up to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
