We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with a passion for customer service. The successful candidate will assist customers with vehicle selection and present new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features, options, and financing choices to facilitate sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business. Responsibilities
Assist customers with vehicle selection and promote model options, accessories, and financing options in accordance with dealership policies Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring adherence to all traffic laws Provide clear explanations of vehicle features, warranty, and servicing requirements during delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation Negotiate sales ethically and professionally to close deals Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, accessories, promotions, and financing options Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required Perform additional duties as assigned Work Environment
This is a professional, non-smoking, and drug-free workplace that promotes a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere. High school diploma or GED Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory Professional, reliable, and dependable work ethic Ability to work independently and meet sales goals Strong focus on customer service and safety Basic computer and internet navigation skills Excellent verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
