Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated
Automotive Sales Consultant
to join our team. This role involves assisting customers in selecting vehicles that best suit their needs while providing thorough information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with vehicle selection by explaining model options, features, and financing alternatives in accordance with dealership policies.
Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring all safety and traffic regulations are followed.
Facilitate vehicle delivery by explaining operational features, warranties, and servicing requirements clearly.
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Negotiate sales ethically and efficiently to close deals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, current promotions, and financing options.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
Strong focus on safety and customer service.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.
