Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and outgoing Sales Porter to join our team and support the sales department by providing excellent customer service. The Sales Porter will assist with moving customer vehicles throughout the lot, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and completing light custodial tasks to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. This role requires a professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Install protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service.
Deliver keys and repair orders to sales staff after parking vehicles.
Maintain a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning duties, including trash removal and sweeping.
Retrieve vehicles for customers during pick-up and thank them for their business.
Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Environment This position requires working outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment, including during hot summers and cold winters. The Sales Porter must be comfortable driving vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.

Requirements
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to safely maneuver vehicles in tight spaces.
Strong focus on safety and customer service.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
