Position Summary As an Mechanical Superintendent, you will lead field operations and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities Oversee construction execution on project sites Ensure installations meet electrical code and quality standards Manage the safety, performance, and development of the construction team Create and maintain manpower and material projections and schedules Track progress, timesheets, safety/incidents, and change order reporting Resolve inter-group conflicts related to production Serve as the primary representative to customers, vendors, and crews
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction Experienced in either HVAC, piping, sheet metal or plumbing Willing to travel, per diem offer up to $4000 Employment subject to background check and drug screen; must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
