About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer / Engineering CAD Technician to support land development and subdivision projects. This role will focus on creating detailed civil designs and construction documents using Civil 3D, working closely with engineers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare civil design plans for residential and commercial land development projects
Develop subdivision layouts, grading plans, and utility designs
Utilize Civil 3D to create and manage design drawings and surfaces
Assist with stormwater, drainage, and site development design
Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project documents
Required Qualifications
5+ years of civil design experience
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (required)
Hands‑on experience with subdivision and land development design
Solid understanding of grading, drainage, and utility layouts
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
