to join the team. In this role, act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing tailored insurance solutions and fostering long‑term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in commercial lines insurance and broking, accompanied by excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with clients, providing expert advice on commercial insurance policies and coverage options.

Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, evaluate policy offerings, and secure optimal solutions for clients.

Work closely with internal teams to analyze client needs, risks, and objectives to create customized insurance programs.

Present and explain policy options, endorsements, and updates to clients in clear and accessible language.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional products that benefit the client’s business.

Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Monitor and review policy renewals, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company and industry standards.

Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain accurate records and data in the customer relationship management system (CRM).

Qualifications / Requirements

Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Broker, Consultant, or in a similar insurance‑focused role.

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and industry processes.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport.

Analytical problem‑solver who can assess risk and provide tailored solutions based on client needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex insurance concepts into simple language.

Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning about insurance trends.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

Relevant certifications or licenses are highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
