
Client Partner / New Logo Hunter – IT Services

We are looking for high-performing
New Logo Hunters
who can drive
net-new client acquisition
across key industry verticals including
Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), Banking, Financial Services (BFS), Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), Manufacturing, and Retail .
This role is focused on
opening new accounts, building pipeline from scratch, and winning large, strategic deals
in a highly competitive IT services landscape.
Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition
Identify, target, and acquire
new logos
within assigned verticals and geography
Develop and execute
account entry strategies
for Fortune 1000 / mid-market enterprises
Build a
robust pipeline (3–5x of quota)
through proactive hunting
Drive deal shaping, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations
Client Engagement
Position the organization as a
strategic transformation partner
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and alliance teams for winning proposals
Vertical Expertise
Bring
deep domain understanding
in one or more verticals:
CMT:
Telecom, Media, OTT, Hi-Tech
BFS:
Banking, Insurance, FinTech
HLS:
Payers, Providers, Pharma, MedTech
Others: Manufacturing, Retail, Energy
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with
solution architects, delivery leaders, and alliances (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)
Influence internal stakeholders to create
compelling value propositions
Key Metrics / KPIs
New logo acquisition (primary KPI)
Pipeline coverage and conversion ratios
Deal size (focus on $5M+ strategic deals)
Revenue growth from new accounts
Required Skills & Experience
12–20+ years of experience in
IT Services / Consulting sales
Proven track record of
hunting and closing new logos
(must-have)
Strong experience selling
Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data/AI, or Engineering services
Demonstrated success in
large deal closures ($3M–$20M+)
Strong
executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a
high-growth, high-pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications
Existing
CXO relationships
in target verticals
Experience working with
global delivery models
Exposure to
alliances and partner ecosystems
