No prior auto body or glass experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person with the right attitude.
Your day will be a mix of customer interaction, coordination, and organization:
Start your morning by reviewing the schedule and setting up the day’s glass repair appointments
Greet customers as they arrive and help guide them through the repair process
Answer calls and assist customers with questions, quotes, and insurance claims
Coordinate with technicians to keep repairs running smoothly and on time
Stay on top of paperwork, payments, and data entry throughout the day
Wrap up by ensuring all files are complete and the office is organized for the next day
Key Responsibilities
Provide auto glass estimates for windshields, rock chips, and replacements
Schedule and coordinate daily glass repair appointments
Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Assist customers with insurance claims and repair processes
Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate team members
Maintain accurate data entry in dealership management systems (DMS)
Track and manage accounts receivable and insurance payments
Ensure all repair orders and paperwork are complete and compliant
Support front office operations and maintain a clean, professional workspace
Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and management to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
Customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and organization
Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in auto body, collision repair is a plus but not necessary
