As a

Donor Ministries Representative

, you will represent the ministry to a broad audience of donors and the general public in response to ministry activities, public relations, and transaction activities. You are responsible for communicating with professionalism and excellence via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and letter correspondence. In the role of

Donor Ministries Representative

, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

Maintain expert knowledge of Samaritan's Purse

Interface with donors and general public

Make outbound calls

Apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to read and interpret donor requests

Meet or exceed all ministry quality standards following procedures and guidelines regarding professionalism, timeliness, accuracy and compassion

Read, sort, and respond to emails in the info, giving, E-Update and projects inbox

Assist with donor events as ministry representative

Process completed outgoing correspondence for department including quality checking and documentation in donor records

Participate in support of seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team

Follow Policies and procedures of Samaritan's Purse as set forth in the Policy Manual

Four-year college or university program degree and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

This position requires the ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, insight and professionalism for contact with donors and other departments

This position requires access to electronic and paper records including Donor software, donation information, 306 list records, and SP public drive, Outlook, and Donor Ministries files

Position requires being bilingual in English and Spanish
