Investments & Wealth Institute

is looking for a

Client Relationship & Business Development Specialist

with a strong "Ops" mindset to support our revenue-generating activities across certifications, education, and sponsorships.

The Mission You will be the architect of our sales infrastructure, working closely with the Director of Client Relationship Management and the Global Director of Business Development to ensure our pipeline is moving and our commitments are met.

What You’ll Own

CRM Integrity: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and account status within HubSpot, Salesforce, and Fonteva.

The Paperwork Pipeline: Generate, edit, and manage proposals, agreements, and invoices, following up to secure executed documentation.

Reporting & Analytics: Assist with sales reporting, renewal tracking, and client engagement metrics to ensure timely data entry and funnel progression.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Outreach Strategy: Create and manage outreach sequences within HubSpot to support prospecting activities.

The Ideal Profile

The Systems Thinker: You have at least 3 years of experience supporting sales or biz dev functions with a heavy emphasis on CRM systems.

Detail-Oriented: You are highly organized and comfortable managing the "nitty-gritty" of legal agreements and financial tracking.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe PDF tools, and Salesforce is a must.

Growth-Minded: You are intellectually curious and committed to ongoing professional development within the financial services industry.
