Continuous Improvement Manager - Food Manufacturing
We are partnered with a leading manufacturer of baked goods to identify a hands‑on Continuous Improvement Manager to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across a high‑volume bakery operation. This role focuses on leading CI initiatives, improving processes, and building a strong culture of accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
Drive efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
Partner with production teams to improve output, quality, and performance
Coach supervisors and develop a CI-driven culture
Support food safety, quality, and operational standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in continuous improvement within food/bakery manufacturing (bread required)
Strong leadership and change management experience
Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
