Role Description As a Member Service Representative, you’ll assist members with a variety of financial services, including processing transactions, answering account inquiries, and opening new accounts. You’ll support daily teller operations and balancing while helping members with debit cards, bill pay, and online banking. This role also includes processing account changes, address updates, and maintaining accurate documentation. In addition, you’ll enter loan applications and prepare credit reports as needed, ensuring each member receives efficient and friendly service every step of the way. Transportation to all FCFFCU branch locations is required.
