Rewards Analyst

Our client is seeking a Rewards Analyst to join a growing team in a newly created role supporting North America while partnering with global reward stakeholders. This position will work closely with senior leadership in Rewards & Benefits and play a key role in compensation analytics, annual compensation planning, incentive modeling, and broader reward-related projects.

This is a strong fit for someone who brings advanced Excel skills, sharp analytical ability, and a high level of attention to detail, along with experience supporting compensation programs, market analysis, and pay structure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with North America Rewards leadership to support compensation strategy and related initiatives across a growing region

Assist with the design and cost modeling of incentive plans, including scenario and impact analysis

Support job architecture, compensation structures, and role profile alignment within broader global frameworks

Lead and support the annual compensation review process, including analytics, modeling, and stakeholder communication

Manage pay-related compliance requirements and assist with audits

Contribute to global reward projects such as benchmarking, market positioning, and compensation program enhancements

Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other business stakeholders across multiple regions

Help improve reward processes, reporting, governance, data quality, and pay transparency practices

Support change management efforts tied to compensation and reward programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years of compensation experience

Strong background in compensation benchmarking, salary survey analysis, salary structures, and pay modeling

Experience using market data to support pay positioning, internal equity, and compensation decisions

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling

Strong analytical, quantitative, and project management skills

Ability to communicate effectively with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information appropriately

Additional Details

Consulting experience is

preferred but not required

Hybrid schedule with 2 flexible in-office days per week and the remainder remote
