
Assistant Superintendent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Construction Superintendent to support the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role works closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Superintendent in coordinating daily job site operations Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards Help manage project timelines, inspections, and material deliveries Conduct site walks to ensure quality control and resolve issues proactively Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders Qualifications: 2+ years of construction experience (commercial or residential preferred) Basic understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety regulations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications xywuqvp
