About the Role

The Company is in search of a Hospice Executive Director to take on a pivotal leadership role within its program. The successful candidate will be tasked with the full spectrum of responsibilities, including the management of day-to-day operations, clinical oversight, business development, and ensuring the financial and regulatory compliance of the hospice. This key position demands a leader with a strong background in hospice operations, a growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to balance operational discipline with clinical credibility. The Executive Director will also be responsible for fostering community relationships, leading a high-performing interdisciplinary team, and driving census growth strategy.

Applicants for the Hospice Executive Director role at the company must have a recent and relevant background in hospice leadership, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a senior hospice management position. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in hospice operations, growth strategy, and clinical operations, as well as experience in budget development, financial oversight, and profit/loss management. A working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, hospice compliance, and regulatory standards is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. The Executive Director will be expected to build and maintain relationships with various healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and community referral sources.
