About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Portfolio Management to join its Investment & Asset Management team. The successful candidate will be the primary subject matter expert on all property-level loan agreements within the diverse hospitality portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a portfolio-wide cash forecasting model, owning the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process for property-level expenses, and building investment performance projection models. The role also involves coordinating with property finance teams, operators, and lenders to validate forecast assumptions, as well as supporting the acquisition team with due diligence modeling and post-close performance benchmarking.
Applicants for the Vice President of Portfolio Management position at the company should have 5-9 years' of experience in real estate private equity or institutional owner/operator real estate. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or CFA being preferred.
