Account executive to make it happen. This isn't a lead-fed, wait-for-the-phone-to-ring kind of role. You'll be out in the territory every day, building relationships, opening doors, and closing deals.

What You'll Be Doing.

Hunt and acquire new clients across the manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse industries in the Tampa territory.
Own the full sales cycle - from the first call to signed contract to ongoing account management.
Build consultative relationships by understanding client workforce challenges and delivering real solutions.
Execute targeted sales strategies and deliver presentations that convert.
Travel daily throughout your territory to meet prospects face-to-face and grow your book of business.
Hit monthly targets and keep leadership in the loop with regular pipeline updates.

What You Need to Bring.

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience - services, not products.
Proven ability to prospect and close in manufacturing, logistics, or production environments.
Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed to perform.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for daily territory travel.
Light industrial or staffing sales experience is a strong plus - and will move you to the top of the list.
Existing relationships in the Tampa manufacturing or logistics space? Even Better.
