A nationwide leader in light industrial staffing is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand, build new client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the industrial staffing industry.

About The Role


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse industries
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through account management
  • Build consultative relationships focused on understanding and solving client staffing needs
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations
  • Travel daily to meet prospects, close deals, and maintain client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to leadership



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Proven B2B outside sales experience with a track record of success
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel daily between client sites


Preferred:

  • Light industrial or staffing industry experience
  • Understanding of margin management and sales metrics
  • Management experience
